Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

— Standard items (massage guns, accessories): 30-day return window from delivery date. Item must be unused and in original packaging.

— Large items (sauna pods, cold plunge tubs, cable machines): 15-day return window. Items must be unassembled and in original packaging. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

— Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@recoverybylumen.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

To initiate a return, email support@recoverybylumen.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
